Job Summary
A leading provider of comprehensive residential and commercial services in Pennsylvania is currently seeking a skilled Drain Cleaning Technician to join their Residential Services Group based at their headquarters in Lititz PA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers experiencing drain-related problems providing expert advice and solutions.
- Perform cleaning repair and replacement of various types of drains in both residential and commercial settings.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues before they escalate ensuring long-term functionality and customer satisfaction.
- Operate with a strong sense of independence while also contributing to a supportive team environment.
- Mentor and guide less experienced technicians sharing knowledge and best practices to foster their professional growth.
- Complete all required documentation and reporting accurately and promptly maintaining a high standard of communication within the team.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in drain cleaning with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service.
- Associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in operating jetting equipment is preferred.
- Must be available for participation in an on-call rotation.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the trade.
- Valid drivers license with an insurable driving record.
- Technological proficiency including the use of iPads and the ability to communicate professionally via email.
