We are expanding our branch in Indonesia!
Join a multi-disciplined team at a leading international engineering company in Jakarta. We are searching for an internal sales specialist who provides great customer service and order handling. The ideal candidate has couple of years experience especially with ERP Systems.
- Assist in ERP integration and close collaboration with headquarters while implementation phase;
- Provide customer service and insuring quotes and orders are done in a timely manner by providing product technical support and providing quotations and product datasheets;
- Provide customer and sales support assistance with both commercial and technical issues;
- Provide proforma invoice to customer and also support in importation of ARI Valves.
- Assist sales personnel distributors and end-users to ensure order accuracy and proper order flow;
- Promote and maintain a strong customer service image to customers;
- Communicate effectively and professionally with all internal and external customers;
- Be a connecting link between PT ARI Indonesia and headquarters in Germany;
- Perform other related duties assigned by management;
- Experience in inside sales in industrial market or related field selling or supporting technical products
- Knowledge of ERP Systems and processes is required
- Proficient knowledge and use of MS Office products
- Technical understanding is desirable
- Good Englisch communication and team working skills
- Knowledge in making invoices and also importation of goods
