Job Summary

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Contract
Location: Bennington VT
Shift: 3:00 PM 11:30 PM
Hours: 40 hours/week (guaranteed)
Schedule: Every other weekend required
Travel Rate: $1687.50/week

Job Summary:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Contractfor an exciting job in Bennington VT.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and document patient vital signs and overall health status
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Assist patients with activities of daily living and personal care
Communicate patient needs and changes to the healthcare team promptly
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient care

Qualifications:

Valid and current LPN license in the state of Vermont
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Availability to work every other weekend
Strong communication skills and patient-focused attitude
Previous experience in a similar healthcare setting preferred
