JOB SUMMARY

This is a craft-centered leadership role. Youll set creative direction establish best practices and elevate design quality across the organization while partnering deeply with product research business and engineering.

You will define how users see feel and navigate the system creating intuitive workflows cohesive design systems and interfaces that make sophisticated intelligence feel natural human and accessible.

As Lead UXD / UI Designer you will own the experience vision interaction design and visual craft across our Agentic AI and GenAI ecosystem.

The Role

• Represent design in executive discussions and cross-functional planning.
• Mentor designers and raise the bar for typography interaction and visual polish.
• Champion user trust and emotion as measurable design outcomes.
• Define design principles that balance clarity intelligence and empathy.

Vision & Influence

• Evolve a multi-platform design system with strong documentation accessibility and brand consistency.
• Use best-in-class tools including Figma Framer ProtoPie Principle Lottie Rive Tokens Studio After Effects Runway Observable Google Gemini Sora Open AI and AI-assisted design workflows.
• Apply motion design micro-interactions and visual rhythm to bring intelligence to life.
• Shape intuitive journeys for AI-driven conversational and adaptive interfaces.
• Deliver flows wireframes prototypes and polished visuals across responsive and mobile environments.

Design Craft & Execution

• Partner closely with product business and engineering to ensure flawless execution of design intent.
• Translate user research and insights into experience principles and product improvements.
• Lead design reviews critiques and workshops to align teams around a cohesive design philosophy.
• Create interaction patterns and systems that convey clarity trust and delight in AI-powered environments.
• Establish and evolve the UX and visual design language for all surfaces (web mobile in-product AI agents).

Key Responsibilities

• Excellent communication and advocacy skills for design leadership.
• Familiarity with AI GenAI and Agentic UI paradigms.
• Fluency across fidelities from sketches to high-fidelity motion prototypes.
• Strong grounding in human-centered design accessibility and storytelling.
• Mastery of modern stacks: Figma FigJam Framer ProtoPie Lottie Adobe CC Runway.
• Expertise in IA layout systems motion and interaction design principles.
• Portfolio demonstrating interaction depth visual polish and narrative cohesion.
• Proven success shipping complex SaaS and/or mobile products with exceptional design craft.
• 812 years in UX/UI design with 3 in a lead or senior role.
