Job Summary
- Drive end-to-end productization of custom silicon from pre-tape-out through tape-out bring-up validation & high-volume production.- Own program schedule milestones and work youre doing across functional teams: Design DFT Silicon Validation RF Systems Technology PTE Qual Packaging Reliability- Drive technical teams to meet schedules and resolve issues by pulling together expert technical teams for data-driven decisions.- Identify risks develop mitigation strategies and facilitate conflict resolution.- Build maintain and report RMA metrics problem-solving FA RC and CA for silicon issues during NPI reliability and EFFA phases.- Attend and drive technical sessions with suppliers/design partners to track and follow up on blocking issues.
- BS and 3 years relevant industry experience is required.
- Prior Wireless SoC product/test/validation and debug engineering experience.
- Track record of hands-on product development program management or engineering management.
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- MS EE/ECE degree and 5 years relevant industry experience is desired.
- Technical background in cellular modem and RF chip bring-up product development test/validation FW and integration will be highly desired for your success in this role.
