What youll do:

Dive deep into the telecommunications industry to build expertise across markets products sales delivery and operations
Develop Telco product models including the design configuration and decomposition within the product catalog domain
Provide technical consultancy on the feasibility of design OOTB product capabilities best practices and standards adoption
Contribute to continuous improvement of product catalog design practices documentation and delivery accelerators
Design high-level business processes aligned with end-to-end fulfilment journey of telco products
Liaise with technical teams to ensure technical design and solution configurations are aligned with business requirements
Coach and mentor junior analysts to ensure consistency and quality of deliverables across the team

What you should Have:

Strong knowledge in telecommunication products and segment-specific requirements (e.g. Enterprise and Wholesale)
Hands-on experience with product catalogue features
Proficient in product modelling and metadata design

Desirable Experience

Familiarity with Mplify (formerly MEF) product models
Exposure to TM Forum standards and TM Forum Open APIs
Experience in product rationalization
Skilled in XSLT configuration
