Job Description

As a Full/Senior Product Manager Software you will be part of the Product & Technology (P&T) group driving key product initiatives across Toradexs software portfolio from embedded Linux to cloud-based tools and services. You will co-own product areas with the PM Software Team end-to-end from ideation to delivery ensuring they align with the broader product vision and strategy defined by the company.

You will collaborate closely with engineering marketing and customer-facing teams to define priorities shape product roadmaps and deliver impactful solutions to our customers. While reporting to the PM Team Lead you will play a leadership role within the team by influencing direction and fostering cross-functional alignment.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership strategic thinking and hands-on execution within a highly technical and collaborative environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

This role involves prioritizing and executing multiple initiatives in parallel highlighting your independence and ability to drive several product areas simultaneously.

• Own and drive one or more product areas or initiatives end-to-end from discovery to delivery.
• Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to validate product direction and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define product vision strategy and success metrics.
• Translate customer and business needs into clear actionable product requirements.
• Prioritize initiatives and maintain product roadmaps aligned with company strategy.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely high-quality releases.
• Define track and analyze key product indicators to inform future decisions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of product management processes and tools.
• Represent the product internally and externally effectively communicating vision and progress.

Desired Candidate Profile

Mandatory:

• Strong ownership mindset with a record of driving initiatives independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles Agile and product management methodologies.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role (35 years preferred).
• An analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer value.

Nice to have:

• Experience with embedded Linux DevOps or IoT platforms.
• Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) business models.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructureOTA updates and device management.
• Experience with developer tools issue tracking (e.g. Jira) and analytics platforms.
• Prior experience collaborating closely with engineering teams on technical products.

Willing to learn:

• Deep technical aspects of Toradex software stack including TorizonCore Torizon Cloud and related tooling.
• Scaling product processes in a globally distributed organization.
• Advanced techniques for roadmap definition metrics analysis and stakeholder management.
