About the Role
The Administration Assistant/PA is accountable for providing clerical and administrative support to the allocated areas to ensure the efficient running of the Departments. The Administration Assistant/PA will be required to deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers and stakeholders. The Administration Assistant/PA will be required to assist the Directors and senior staff within the Department to achieve the Departments strategic goals
- Ensure a full range of high level administrative support
- Organise the Directors diary and appointments
- Organise appointments reflect these in the Directors diary and email the diary as required
- Relay any messages or emails to the Director of each unit
- Collect open distribute mail and emails
Classifications for this position will range from HS2 - HS21 ($66768.00 - $73811.92 per annum).
Your Contribution
- Medical Terminology Course and/or previous experience in medical/hospital field
- Previous Health Industry Experience
- Knowledge of and competent use of Microsoft Application
- Current National criminal history check or willing to obtain

The Administrative Assistant/PA will be located within Surgical Services and provides administrative assistance to several units within the program. They will work closely with the Directors of each unit.
