The Clinical Supervisor works in conjunction and collaborates with the Regional Manager to provide clinical and administrative managerial oversight and direction for clinical day-to-day operations of service line. The Clinical Supervisor models and develops patient-focused culture with an emphasis on patient safety and satisfaction. They also maintain a positive and collaborative relationship within the clinical environment by coaching developing and empowering staff. The Clinical Supervisor serves as a clinical expert within the scope of the practice and program guidelines.
Essential Job Functions
Manages day-to-day supervision of the front office and clinical delivery of services
Plan implement and administer programs and services including personnel administration training and coordination of staff
Appropriately trains new staff on clinical and administrative duties and trains current staff on procedures ensuring competency and adherence to best practices
Responsible for teams performance by conducting staff check-ins delivers performance feedback and coaching to clinic staff to assist with workflow improvement/efficiency
Must possess the ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems promptly
Provides oversight for scheduling and timekeeping ensuring optimal staffing across functional areas within clinic
Track and report on key operational metrics such as patient satisfaction wait times and staff performance. Prepare reports for leadership as needed.
Implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency patient outcomes and associate experience.
Ensures compliance with regulatory standards by delivery of programs processes and policies established by clinical quality team
Serve as the point of contact for patients and their families addressing concerns complaints and inquiries with professionalism and care. Foster a positive and welcoming environment for all clinic visitors.
Addressing staff concerns promptly and promotes teamwork and a positive environment
Participates in interviews for all clinic roles with the exception of providers
Empower team members to reach their full potential through regular feedback development plans and growth opportunities
May perform clinical frontline duties within scope of licensure/certification

Licensing/Certification
Licensure required for Clinical discipline (Radiology Tech or LPN)
Basic Life Support (BLS) American Heart Association (required before treating patients)
Education
Allied Health Program completion for Radiology Techs or LPNs (required)
Work Experience
Two years of clinical experience within a healthcare setting (required)
One year experience in supervisor/leadership role (preferred)
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience (required)
