Job Summary

Our team provides qualified Accounting and Finance professionals on a temporary and permanent basis across a broad range of industries. GHJs relationship with our Global Advisory and Accounting Network provides the resources needed to better understand clients needs attract a higher caliber of candidates and assess candidate potential.
We have partnered with a growing company seeking a Senior Accountant with real estate/construction experience to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly reconciliations of key balance sheet accounts verifying alignment between subledgers and the general ledger
- Process vendor invoices with attention to detail ensuring timely and accurate data entry on an as-needed basis
- Contribute to month-end close activities including preparation of journal entries accruals and variance analysis
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and internal controls to comply with audit and regulatory requirements
- Provide support for ad-hoc financial reporting budgeting and analytical initiatives as required

- Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
- 4 years of experience
$80000 - $105000 a year
