The Junior Recruiter supports the full lifecycle Wyetech recruiting process. The Junior Recruiter
maintains the company vacancy portal and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) postings conducts initial
screenings prepares candidate information for submission and coordinates interviews.
This is a full-time exempt level position reporting directly to Wyetechs Talent Acquisition Manager.
The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday 40 hours/week. The role requires the ability to work
onsite at Wyetechs Odenton MD office during the core business hours (0900 - 1500) with the option
to work the two remaining (daily) hours earlier or later in the day. There may be an option to work
remotely two days per week.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Manages the companys internal vacancy portal and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure up-to-date candidate and vacancy information.
- Create and post job ads across various professional and job-seeker sites and on social media channels.
- Manages candidate pipelines and the screening and submission processes. Conducts phone screens and coordinates interviews between candidates Wyetech Hiring Managers and/or customers.
- Attends onsite and offsite customer and/or contract meetings and effectively captures and disseminates critical information to the appropriate Wyetech internal team(s).
- Ensures staffing processes are compliant with all federal contracting regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or Associates degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered
- Minimum 1 year prior recruiting experience is preferred ideally in a government contracting environment
- Prior experience and success working in customer service and/or a related role is strongly preferred
- Must be a U.S. Citizen

- Strong interpersonal and intrapersonal skills.
- Strong reading comprehension writing and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Comfortable interacting with stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
- Strong ability to connect with candidates and identify suitable opportunities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Excel MS Word and MS Outlook).
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask organize and prioritize work.
- Prior experience with Lever ATS is preferred but not required.
- Excellent attention to detail.

$55000 - $65000 a year
Compensation is commensurate upon applicable experience.
