Job Summary
Marine & Lawn Hotels & Resorts are on the search to find their next Bartender at Marine Troon a stunning 89-bedroom hotel This is a great opportunity for someone to develop their skills within multiple F&B outlets showcasing the best of what Scotland has to offer.
WHAT ARE MY MAIN DUTIES
Youll be a key member of the team who embodies our values and assists management in the successful running of the Bar operation. Your role will include a variety of duties and responsibilities. Youll have complete knowledge of all parts of the Bar service procedures food knowledge hygiene and how to provide excellent customer service.
In this role your responsibilities will include:
- Consistently providing excellent and attentive customer service.
- Supporting your line manager with guiding and contributing to the FOH team.
- Leading efficient opening and closing procedures and mise en place.
- Having high standards of F&B knowledge.
WHAT DO I NEED
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of being part of a team with aspirations to grow.
- Natural Bartending skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Passion for excellent customer service and creating best in class hospitality experiences.
