Job Summary
Are you passionate about helping families and delivering exceptional service
Kids & Company an award-winning child care provider is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support parents and families in a fast-paced family-focused environment.
Were looking for a professional organized and friendly individual to join our Richmond Hill team!

What Youll Be Doing:
Contacting new families for quality assurance and feedback
Following up on centre tours and sending registration information
Responding to parent questions and concerns via phone and email
Compiling weekly reports from multiple centres
Managing registration emails and new centre enrollments
Representing Kids & Company at baby shows and events
Coordinating giveaways and following up with contest winners
What Were Looking For:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Friendly and professional customer service approach
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
Experience in Early Childhood Education is an asset
Team player who can support senior managers with various projects
