The Corporations branches work to support Yukons food and beverage industry cannabis market and local liquor producers through a range of programs and services. We continuously evolve our business structure to improve the way we operate our Whitehorse Liquor Store central warehouse and five rural community Liquor Stores in Dawson City Faro Haines Junction Mayo and Watson Lake. The opportunity

The corporate services division sets the strategic direction for the Corporation and supports operations in delivering on those strategic goals and managing front line business. This position provides support to Corporation project managers through all stages tendering through to performance management. This position also leads and supervises the administrative support team for the Corporation.

Essential Qualifications

Post-secondary education in Project Management Public Administration Communications or Business Administration.

Experience with interpreting procurement policies and providing contract management advice to various program managers.

Experience with project management including supporting multiple projects communicating with multiple stakeholders and managing budgets.

Experience managing multiple contracts from conducting research analyzing procurement options preparing scope of work and vendor performance.

Experience supervising staff.

Candidates who have education training and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered.
