Our Brussels Competition Law Team

We advise international clients on EU and German merger control cartel investigations antitrust compliance EU State aid and the EU Foreign Subsidies Regulation (FSR) representing them before the European Commission the German Federal Cartel Office and the European Courts. Our work has a strong international focus with close collaborations across all Nishimura & Asahi offices and with clients in Asia the United States and Europe.

For our office in Brussels Belgium we are hiring

Legal Trainees and Research Assistants EU Competition Law (m/f/d)

As a fully integrated team member you will gain hands-on experience and insight into our daily work. You will be actively involved in cases and benefit from close mentorship by experienced professionals.

Your Profile:

  • A strong interest in working with Asian clients
  • Outstanding legal qualifications (basic knowledge of EU competition law is beneficial but not required)
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of an Asian language (advantageous but not required)
