Are you an experienced and adaptable SEN Teaching Assistant with experience supporting children or young people with autism and complex needs

What Were Looking For
- Experience supporting children or young people with autism (ASD) or SEN essential.
- Knowledge of communication strategies such as PECS Makaton or AAC desirable.
- Team Teach training or equivalent behaviour management qualification advantageous.
- Calm patient and proactive approach with a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
