We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex large-scale projects and manage service delivery across clients. This professional will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence leading high-performance teams and identifying opportunities to expand our business through strategic insights and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end management of large and complex projects ensuring delivery within scope budget and timelines.
Oversee service delivery operations maintaining high customer satisfaction and operational quality.
Manage multidisciplinary teams with a high project volume ensuring motivation collaboration and productivity.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients identifying new business opportunities upselling/cross-selling possibilities and contributing to account growth strategies.
Collaborate closely with the sales and pre-sales teams to assess client needs prepare proposals and support commercial discussions.
Analyze project performance and client feedback to uncover strategic insights for service improvement and business expansion.
Monitor KPIs risks and dependencies across multiple projects implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Foster continuous improvement promoting best practices in project management and service governance.
Requirements
Proven experience managing large-scale projects and/or service delivery environments.
Experience managing SAP or multiplatform technology projects.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing medium to large teams.
Excellent organizational and stakeholder management abilities.
Solid business acumen and the ability to connect project delivery with business opportunities.
Advanced or fluent English daily interaction with global stakeholders.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall Hybrid).
