Job Summary

Introduction

Maxima is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a trusted partner you will manage our key accounts develop new client relationships and drive strategic growth opportunities. You will represent Maxima across industry sectors and drive value through client engagement lead generation and feedback informed service improvement.

You will be the face of Maxima cultivating relationships identifying workforce solutions and ensuring our services remain aligned to industry and client needs.

What you will be doing

  • Manage nurture and retain key accounts with exceptional service.
  • Promote Maximas full suite of services to clients and stakeholders.
  • Represent Maxima at industry events networking functions and client meetings.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on client engagement and performance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Australia.
  • Build a healthy pipeline through cold outreach networking referrals and events.
  • Prepare tailored proposals quotes and capability statements.
  • Drive business development initiatives aligned with strategic goals.
  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within accounts.
  • Gather client feedback to guide service enhancements.
  • Monitor industry and competitor trends to anticipate market shifts.
  • Provide data-driven insights and business cases for new initiatives.

What Were Looking For:

A confident communicator with a talent for building strong relationships and driving business growth. Youll have proven experience in business development account management client relationship management or similar role and the ability to use your commercial acumen to influence decisions negotiate outcomes and foster lasting partnerships with diverse range of stakeholders.
