Description

We are looking for a full time Enrollment Specialist. The Enrollment Specialist is responsible for serving as the initial point of contact for community members inquiring about health services with COPE. The Enrollment Specialist makes appropriate referrals to internal and/or external resources and is responsible for initial screening of individuals timely enrollments into the EHR and scheduling intake appointments.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED plus one (1) year of experience in healthcare behavioral health or a related administrative or customer service role.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
