Job Summary

Were seeking a Business Intelligence Developer / Analyst to design and deliver data solutions that empower smarter business decisions across our global organization. Youll work cross-functionally to transform complex data into clear actionable insights using Tableau SQL and our data warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain BI dashboards scorecards and reports for operational and strategic decision-making.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements define KPIs and translate business needs into BI solutions.
Develop business-oriented metadata definitions and documentation to ensure consistent data understanding.
Interface with Data Warehouse engineers to define and fulfill complex data requirements.
Lead small to medium BI projects with minimal supervision managing timelines deliverables and user communication.
Provide training and support to end users to maximize adoption of BI tools and insights.
Ensure all solutions meet internal standards for development usability and performance.

Top 3 Objectives

Transform complex datasets into visually engaging dashboards and narratives that drive strategic decisions.
Deliver transparency and visibility to cross-functional teams through metrics like conversion rates and segment performance.
Collaborate with business partners to establish and track KPIs that measure success and performance goals.

Qualifications

4 years of experience as a BI Developer or Analyst in a data warehouse environment.
Strong SQL development and troubleshooting skills using SQL IDEs.
4 years of experience with Tableau or similar tools (Power BI Looker Cognos QlikView Business Objects).
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field (Masters preferred).

Preferred Skills

Experience with Python R or similar tools for analysis data automation or machine learning.
Familiarity with Snowflake and dbt.
Excellent analytical quantitative and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
Thrives in a dynamic fast-paced environment and manages multiple priorities with ease.
