Ready for a change of scenery Naumi Hotels has an incredible opportunity for a can do Hotel Manager to oversee our two beautiful boutique properties in Queenstown. This live on site role will definitely appeal to a person wanting to immerse themselves in this incredible picturesque setting with The Remarkables and Lake Wakatipu at your doorstep.

The Central Hotel described as a design sanctuary is walking distance to The Dairy Hotel an alpine chic laidback glamour. Consisting of 13 and 15 beautifully decorated rooms respectively each property is centrally located in the heart of Queenstown.

Naumi Hotels is seeking a commercially savvy inspiring leader to join our team as Hotel Manager. We are an award winning group offering long term stability and internal growth for the right candidate. This opportunity would be ideal for a seasoned Rooms Division Manager or Assistant Hotel Manager with solid leadership experience looking for a step up.

Somewhat you will do.

  • Provide strong leadership to all hotel staff fostering a culture of excellence teamwork and guest satisfaction
  • Oversee day-to-day hotel operations including front desk housekeeping maintenance and guest services
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service quality cleanliness and comfort throughout the hotel
  • Recruit train and develop hotel team members to provide top-notch service
  • Manage the hotels budget control costs and optimize revenue through effective pricing and marketing strategies
  • Ensure the hotel complies with all relevant laws regulations and industry standards
  • Address guest concerns and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally

Our Next Superstar will have

  • Experience as Hotel Manager or similar role within hospitality
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Knowledge of hotel management software and financial management
  • Understanding of industry regulations and trends
