Responsibilities include
Lead and manage all operational aspects of the branch including sales customer service warehouse human resources and administration.
Build and nurture strong business relationships with customers focusing on long-term partnership and growth.
Mentor coach and develop the knowledge and skills of team members fostering a culture of high performance and best-in-class customer service.
Implement plans and strategies to ensure consistent monthly and annual achievement of sales budgets and KPIs
Actively champion and uphold TVHs Workplace Health and Safety policies ensuring a safe environment for all.
About you Skills experience and qualifications
This role will suit a Branch Manager or Parts Manager with a strong background in materials handling construction agricultural industrial or automotive parts component market. Youll bring:
A minimum of 5 years experience in a parts-based distribution business.
Exceptional customer focus and a flair for sales/business development.
Genuine passion for delivering a high-quality service and instilling in others to do so.
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of leading and motivating a team.
Sound conflict resolution problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Sound computer systems and data analysis skills including the use of Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
Knowledge of Salesforce/Tableau is desirable but not essential.
