Key Responsibilities
- Responsible on bookings management and coordinate of all operational aspects with shipping lines and other logistic providers in a timely manner
- Review and prepare full set of Shipping Documentation for air/ocean/truck import/export shipments
- Coordinate international shipments ensure timely deliveries and handle any issues with transportation.
- Handle logistics team on daily logistics operation
- Experience with customs declaration including Tradelink
Requirements:
- 5 years import and export logistics job experience
- Experience in freight forwarding and freight forwarder management
- China import and export experience are preferred
- ERP experience including SAP Oracle
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Proven track record of successfully implementing logistics strategies in a competitive environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced ambitious workplace
