About you
Were seeking a dynamic Housing Services Manager to lead the delivery of our Victorian Build-to-Rent (BTR) social housing portfolio under the Ground Lease Model (GLM). This is a senior leadership role with real impactshaping vibrant inclusive communities and ensuring high-quality housing outcomes for people across Victoria.
What youll do
Working closely with our General Manager Build to Rent (BTR) and cross functional teams youll:
- Oversee service delivery across our BTR social housing programs ensuring compliance and excellence.
- Lead and support a passionate team of housing professionals.
- Drive strategic commissioning and allocations planning for mixed-tenure housing (social affordable SDA market).
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to foster sustainable inclusive communities.
- Manage tenancy operations stakeholder relationships and continuous service improvement.
- Represent our organisation at key forums and contribute to sector advocacy and innovation.
What youll bring
- A relevant tertiary qualification in housing social services or community development.
- Proven experience leading teams and delivering inclusive housing programs.
- Strong stakeholder engagement communication and influencing skills.
- Deep knowledge of housing policy tenancy legislation and community development.
- Success in commissioning and allocations planning for mixed use portfolios.
- Confidence working with diverse communities including those with complex needs.
- A proactive professional approach with strong digital and operational capabilities.
- Commitment to safety compliance and the right to quality housing for all.
- Adaptability resilience and a growth mindset in dynamic environments.
- A current drivers licence
- Satisfactory Police NDIS & Working with Children Checks
- A values-driven mindset and commitment to ending housing poverty.
