Job Summary
JOB SUMMARY:
Assist in the day-to-day activities of supporting the manufacturing facility regarding JDE functions inventory verification raw material issuing and other duties as assigned. This position exists to lead efforts to reduce waste by making sure the correct transactions are occurring in JDE physical counts are correct in inventory and to ensure inventory accuracy within the Operations Warehouse. Position responsibilities include but are not limited to hours and quantities checks checking stock status reports issuing raw material as needed verifying inventory and correcting transactions.
ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Run production statistics and correct hours and quantities.
- Check all work centers stock status reports to verify items are not left in the work center from previous work orders.
- Fix issuing of raw materials on work orders.
- Understand the work order status required to correct work orders.
- Verify inventory when there are issues with waste counts on a converting line
Understand JDE transactions codes etc.
- Reverse and counter JDE transactions.
- Audit warehouse locations.
- Work with asset coordinators to capture nonproductive labor and maintain the spreadsheet in T drive.
- Verify the raw material that gets put on hold are moved correctly through the process.
- Check the sally port and pack locations to be sure there isnt something left that needs placed on hold.

- Verify that R location is clearing and take pallets out as needed.
- Be able to check your own transactions and verify they went through correctly.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: (To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each of the essential accountabilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required.)
- High School diploma or GED plus 2 years of production experience or 2 yrs combined experience with production inventory and data entry. Rockline Industries experience preferred.
- Intermediate experience in JDE or equivalent experience with an ERP system. Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
- Software Proficient - Word Excel Power Point Outlook
- Worked with JDE for a minimum of 2 years is preferred but not mandatory.

- Must be able to communicate face-to-face and over the phone.
- Constant carrying and lifting of 0-10 lbs. frequent lifting of 10-30 lbs. occasional lifting of 30-50 lbs.
- Occasional sitting and climbing. Frequent standing walking bending twisting kneeling pushing/pulling and reaching.
- Requires ability to read write calculate and reason.
- Frequently exposed to hot or cold temperatures. Occasional fumes odors exposure.
