Centurion is proud to be the provider ofcomprehensive healthcare services to the Missouri Department of Corrections.

We are currently seeking a full-timeStatewide Director of Nursingto join our team at ourMO Regional Officelocated inJefferson City Missouri.

The Statewide Director of Nursing serves as the primary point of supervision for the nursing staff. Works closely with onsite Medical Directors and providers in the provision of healthcare services to inmates. Has ultimate responsibility for the services provided by the nursing staff.

Qualifications

Must hold valid RN license in Missouri
Masters Degree preferred
Progressive experience in nursing care with a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience preferred
Experience in examining operations formulating developing and implementing new strategies and procedures preferred
Must be able to pass background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable
Must submit to and pass drug testing per agency requirements where applicable
Must have at least two (2) years of related correctional experience or correctional healthcare experience with a state correctional system
Must show current tuberculosis documentation must be appropriately certified in first aid Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) / Basic Life Support (BLS) and automated external defibrillator (AED) use
