Summary
- Accountable for the delivery of skilled nursing services following established departmental philosophy policies and procedures
- Coordinate and/or supervisecare by other professionals on your team.
- Perform duties related toassessing diagnosing planning implementing and evaluating as you deliver patient care.
- Assess and plan for the educational needs of the patient/client and families.
Schedule
- Fulltime 72 hours per two weeks
- Rotating 12-hour shifts Days/Nights
- Includes every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation
Pay and Benefits
Pay based on experience and degree
Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $39.87 per hour
Bachelors in nursing starting at $40.26 per hour
Pay range: $39.87 - $59.66 per hour
Earn extra pay for working these shifts!
Earn an additional $1.50 for evening shifts
Earn an additional $1.50 for night shifts
$3500 hiring bonus and $5000 in relocation assistance for eligible candidates!

Qualifications
- House Supervisor/Charge Nurse experience required
- RN experience in Obstetrics required
- Associate degree in Nursing or higher
- Current Minnesota RN License
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Exception: inability to complete certification process related to a health condition: must complete education portion of Basic Life Support
ACLS education completed within 6 months of hire.
NRP education completed within 1 year of hire.
Completes trauma education as set for Level 4 trauma criteria within 1 year of hire.

The Redwood Hospital is a 12-bed facility serving Redwood Falls Morton and other communities near Redwood and Renville Counties in Minnesota. Its one of the newest hospital facilities in Minnesota!
