Starting Wage

Key Responsibilities
- Program set up and operate Robotic Laser Heat Treating Systems.
- Review drawings blueprints and instructions to ensure precise execution.
- Select and adjust machine parameters for each job.
- Plan and sequence operations to maximize accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor production and make real-time process adjustments.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD models.
- Measure compute and document dimensions and tolerances.
- Determine optimal machining and heat-treating practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and team goals.
- Think critically and creatively solving problems beyond the obvious.
Skills & Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of robotic programming (experience with Fanuc ABB or similar systems preferred).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and handeye coordination.
- Previous flame hardening or heat-treating experience a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail safety and precision.
- Proficient math and computer skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive motions safely.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.
- Ability to visualize final outcomes from technical drawings.
- Works well both independently and collaboratively.
- Thrives in a fast-paced high-tech production environment.
