Join the Wix Partner Success Management team and play a pivotal role in making Wix the go-to choice for agencies building client your day-to-day role you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Wix partners and top users both existing and newly onboarded with a primary focus on the Japanese market
- Drive initiatives to acquire and onboard new top-tier agencies by dedicating 3050% of your time to pitching Wix and the Wix Partner Program to top creative and digital agencies in Japan
- Advocate internally for our Wix partners and top users and contribute to our product roadmap by understanding their challenges and our product gaps
- Provide high-level product support and create opportunities for technical training through face-to-face meetings and calls
- Take ownership of retaining Wix partners and top users and identify opportunities to help them grow their business using Wix
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience preferably in account management partner success or B2B SaaS sales
- Native or full business proficiency in written and spoken Japanese; business-level English is strongly preferred for collaboration with global teams
- Natural relationship builder able to foster trust and confidence through effective hands-on product guidance
- Strong ability to balance multiple priorities and manage projects independently while meeting deadlines
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and adapt to changing global market conditions
- Experience in online marketing analytics and data analysis with the ability to create and present actionable insights would be an advantage
