Inviting applications for the role of Commercial Data Analyst Process Associate English Hybrid Budapest
We are looking for a Commercial Data Analyst to join our team in Budapest.
In this role you will be working closely with stakeholders and customers based in the US. You will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to ensure accuracy and consistency across various systems. This includes collecting data from different sources standardizing it and preparing reports.
Key Responsibilities
Support the service team by maintaining accurate records throughout the lifecycle of installed products.
Keep the database updated by recording activities and resolving discrepancies.
Work with data files to collect standardize compare reconcile and report data.
Communicate regularly with suppliers stakeholders and sales engineers.
Document any process changes and continuously improve procedures.
Drive continuous improvement on all related processes work instructions and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplifications.
Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the team leader.
Minimum qualifications:
University or Colleague degree.
Advanced English proficiency.
Experienced in customer support.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented and able to solve problems creatively.
Proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
Additional skills:
SQL Power BI
Ability to work with remote teams.
Reporting skills.
