Senior Proposal Manager IT Professional Services (Remote)

As a Senior Proposal Manager forResultant youllsupport our efforts to deliverbest-in-classproposalsto USstate localfederaland education entities. Your responsibilities include working with members of thePublic Sector Sales Deliveryand Shared Services to develop a team of proposal managers and support staff who can develop winning innovative proposals including written responses for RFIs/RFTs/RFPs (RFx); oral presentations and demonstrations; and unsolicited documents and white papers. 

You will work on a collaborativeteamthat helps support the entire organization for Public Sector Sales  activities include developing processes and support structures for proposal managers and support teams who are able to execute the response process efficiently and with fidelity provide quality assurance for public sector responses oversee the pursuit process for the public sector sales support sales teams with non RFIs/RFTs/RFPs (RFx) activities such as presentations and crafting scopes of work. Response Manager is expected to become an expert in Resultant services and processes over time. 

 Consider your day-to-day responsibilities in this role: 

• Manages multiple workstreams (typically 3-5 distinct projects) with competing deadlines and resource availability 

• Guide content managers to organize manage and maintain acontent libraryfor all proposal development materials to enable rapidreuse. 

• Develop new content in collaboration with subject matter experts when neededtomeet compliance or tell a persuasivestory. 

• Act as a technical editor to provide the appropriate voice and details for proposaldocuments. 

• Lead department in internal quality assurance of response activities  

• Gather and format information compose drafts and prepare proposalsandwriteand edit responses foraccuracy. 

• Identify document and drive areas for processimprovement. 

• Stay current on proposal best practices and market trends including those related topublicsector. 

• Oversee pursuit process for incoming opportunities for public sector  

• Develop best practices and guidance for the department  

• Support sales operations as needed  

Qualifications :

Some of the qualifications and skills we are expectinginclude the following: 

• BS/BA Degree 

• 5 years of proposal management experience 

• 2 years supporting multimillion dollar public sector proposals 

• Candidatemusthave excellent writing skills be both technical and analytical and possess experience supporting proposal responses 

• Proposal management or sales training preferred 

• Ability to manage multiple projects with short production timelines 

• Thorough understanding of Microsoft applications including Office Teams and Sharepoint 

• Customer-focused and self-motivated with a great sense of urgency and follow-through 

• Ability to prioritize and support project simultaneously including hands on and strategic support. 

• Experience with federal proposals is a plus

With that said the pay range is between 60-70k for Colorado residents and is subject to change per the factors mentioned above.
