Role Description
- Lead the UX design process from concept to execution ensuring a user-centered approach throughout.
- Collaborate with product managers developers and stakeholders to define user requirements and translate them into design solutions.
- Conduct user research usability testing and analysis to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
- Create wireframes prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.
- Mentor and support junior designers fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration within the team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends best practices and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the design process.
- Advocate for the user by promoting user-centered design principles across the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in UX design with a proven track record of leading design projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work including user research wireframes prototypes and final designs.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with usability testing and user research techniques.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders.
- Experience in mentoring and leading design teams is a plus.
- Bachelors degree in Design Human-Computer Interaction or a related field is preferred.
