Job Summary
Position- Program Manager
Location- Pune India
Job Profile:
1. Drive PEP 5-8 compliance for Passenger & Commercial Vehicle India launches by all X functional Teams.
2. Drive Launches Performance in line with the Targets (On time Launches OpInc Capex NPI PPM etc) and issue regular reports accordingly to the leadership expectations.
3. Organize and lead resource and budget planning process for all launches projects; this includes tracking as well.
4. Provide regular forecasts in line with expectations (Launches Capex Prototypes Lab Hours etc)
5. Lead periodic X-functional Launch reviews with customers.
6. Ensure close communication and alignment across various projects/customers at all stages.
7. Ensure proper escalation and resolution of Top program risks/issues with Customer and within internal customers.
8. Drive Va/Ve HLRR initiative and eLaunch.
9. Identify opportunity for continuously improve Launches processes/tools and ensure fast implementation (PEP e-PEP)
Candidate Profile:
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Influencing & negotiation Skills for better cross-functional collaboration and facilitation.
Improving performance meeting commitments and getting results.
Exceeding internal and external customer expectations.
Ability to work on multiple projects and effectively manage priorities.
Expertise with Microsoft Office including Excel Access and SharePoint.
Knowledge of IT and financial systems preferred (Sales Force SAP etc.).
Masters degree and Project Management certification (PMP) will be an added advantage.
Qualification-
BE Mechanical/Automobile with 6-10 Years exp.
