Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Manage 2W Courier operational costs to achieve targets and ensure accurate reflection in reports.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to identify root causes solve operational issues and build scalable process improvements.
- Ensure accuracy of 2W Courier payroll in alignment with policies and timelines.
- Act as Project Manager for initiatives related to 2W Courier operations and efficiency enhancement.
- Ensure Minimum Courier Leads needed are provided for Courier Hiring Funnel
Requirements
- Min. Bachelors degree from any Engineering Business or any other related study.
- 1 - 3 year experience as Operations/Process Improvement Data/Business Analyst and Project Management
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholder
- Exceptional communication skill and interpersonal skill
- Advanced on Spreadsheet/Excel and Slide making
- Able to manage end to end project From Ideation to Execution
- Have a good data & documents organization
