GPO Global Process Owner
Location: Hybrid Aldermaston / Paddington (2 days per week onsite some flexibility for meetings)
Contract: 12 months
Rate: 7282 per hour (Umbrella)

Are you a proactive and experienced product or process leader ready to take ownership of complex procurement processes This is a new high-impact role leading P2P process improvement system implementation and content strategy for a transformation programme. Youll bring clarity and structure to a system and team under pressure driving efficiency and user-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end ownership of P2P processes ensuring clarity efficiency and alignment with organisational objectives.
- Lead system implementation and embedding preferably with Jaggaer or similar SaaS platforms.
- Conduct complex process mapping and engineering translating stakeholder requirements into actionable improvements.
- Apply UX and user-centred design principles including conducting user research and usability testing.
- Build and deliver a product/digital roadmap for P2P processes and related systems.
- Define and monitor KPIs to measure adoption performance and process improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement post-launch including optimisation of content and workflows.
- Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels internal and external.
About You
- 5 years experience in product management ideally within SaaS or digital transformation environments.
- Proven track record in content/process transformation including roadmap delivery and stakeholder prioritisation.
- Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled in complex process mapping analytics and problem-solving.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge or awareness of compliance governance and regulatory reporting in procurement or digital systems.
Desirable:
- Direct experience with Jaggaer or similar commercial/procurement systems.
- Background in commercial or defence transformation programmes.
- Formal certifications: Agile Scrum Prince2 PMP or Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher).
- Experience mentoring and developing teams delivering content strategies and maintaining content guidelines.
