Maridulu Budyari Gumal the Sydney Partnership for Health Education Research and Enterprise (SPHERE) is an NHMRC accredited Advanced Health Research Translation Centre (AHRTC). Hosted by UNSW in partnership with 4 health partners (SWSLHD SESLHD St Vincents Health Network and SCHN) and 10 other organisations (Universities and MRIs). SPHERE is dedicated to advancing health outcomes and healthcare through research translation and capacity building.
Why this role matters
The SPHERE Cancer Clinical Academic Group is supported by a Cancer Institute NSW Translational Research Capacity Building Grant. The Program Manager will play an integral role within the SPHERE Cancer Clinical Academic Group (CAG) based within the Faculty of Medicine and Health. The role is expected to provide oversight of the implementation and operations of a large externally funded grant (and other grants associated with the program) including personnel development of strategic plans financial management and executive support. The role reports to the Lead of the SPHERE Cancer CAG and has 2 direct reports.
