Beleura Private Hospital is home to six operating theatres supporting a broad range of surgical specialties. We are currently seeking an Associate Nurse Unit Manager to join our dynamic Theatre team with a focus on Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and General Surgery.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role where youll work alongside the Nurse Unit Manager to lead a passionate team of nurses and clinical support staff in our perioperative department. Youll champion excellence in patient care foster a collaborative and positive team culture and contribute to ongoing improvements in clinical practice.

Demonstrated experience as a perioperative nurse in an instrument/ circulating role is essential particularly within Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and General Surgery.

You will also bring;

• Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• Clinical leadership experience will be highly regarded.
• Postgraduate qualifications will be highly regarded.

Remuneration

A base hourly rate ranging from $55.92- $57.76 superannuation based on experience level and qualifications exclusive of penalties or allowances.
