About the role:
As aLifestyle Coordinatoryoull develop and implement social and recreational activities to improve and maintain the quality of life of our residents. Youll explore the residents interests and develop their skills to improve lifestyle choices and motivate them to participate in individual and group activities assessing their responses and recording on a regular basis.
A key responsibilityof this role will be to observe and record the effectiveness of the programs by monitoring residents ongoing progress and adjusting the programs to any developing needs. You might also find yourself transporting residents (as requested and approved in Blue Care vehicles) on outings and attending to resident/client personal care needs as required.

Role requirements:
Diploma of Leisure and HealthorCertificate IV in Leisure and Healthor equivalent
Experience in leisure and lifestyle preferably with overall responsibility for a services lifestyle program
Understanding of resident centred residential based care services delivery
Effective interpersonal and written communication skills including basic computer skills
NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
Basic experience with technology incl. smartphones tablets laptops etc
Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
