The Senior Manager People Experience is responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies that foster a positive inclusive and high-performing workplace culture. As a member of the Rest People and Culture team this individual will play a critical role in enhancing the overall employee experience by focusing on areas such as culture development employee recognition diversity equity & inclusion (DE&I) employee listening and feedback mechanisms wellbeing programs and refining the Employee Value Proposition (EVP). The role aims to ensure that Rest is recognised as a great place to work and that staff are engaged motivated and aligned with the organisations values and strategic objectives.
This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about creating exceptional employee experiences and shaping a thriving inclusive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of people experience initiatives including culture DE&I recognition EVP wellbeing and employee listening.
- Partner with stakeholders across Rest to embed impactful inclusive and future-focused OD solutions.
- Provide expert advice to leaders on organisational development matters that drive performance and foster a values-led culture.
- Build strong relationships across the business to ensure initiatives are aligned with strategic priorities and integrated into broader People & Culture plans.
- Monitor key metrics and trends to continuously improve programs and ensure relevance and innovation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Head of People Experience contributing to the strategic direction of the function.
Qualifications :
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources Organisational Development Learning and Development or related field.
Required experience understanding or credentials including:
- Proven experience in a similar role focused on enhancing the employee experience within a complex dynamic organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cultural change and develop impactful people strategies.
- Proven ability to work independently taking ownership end-to-end of key programs of work in consultation with key stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of superannuation industry trends and challenges is desirable.
