Job Summary

The Field Operations Technician III provides experienced installation of Flowline Safety Restraints (FSR) and Safe Edge and Large Bore support. This position will serve as a mentor for the Field Operations Technician I II and Trainees as well as share OJT field knowledge. This position will require the ability to drive a company issued vehicle.

Starting Pay: $25.80 and can be adjusted with experience.

Schedule: 7am-5:30pm Monday-Friday with mandatory overtime and on-call periods required

What you will do:

  • Perform both rig up and rig down operations of FSR Safe Edge and Large Bore Systems on well site
  • Perform trouble shooting of Safe Edge Systems
  • Perform torque procedures on API connections of Large Bore Systems
  • Perform field greasing procedures for valves swivels and Large Bore product line
  • Perform visual inspection of FSR restraints
  • Perform inventory responsibilities for FSR
  • Perform JSA (Job Safety Analysis) POWRA (Point of Work Risk Assessment) and location-based safety protocols as required
  • Perform Iron Technician Trainee responsibilities if necessary
  • Must possess a basic understanding of SPM Products as well as customer requirements
  • Ensures proper care and maintenance of tools trucks trailers and equipment always
  • Assist with customer inquiries or escalate complaints timely
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What you will have:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Have a clean driving record which generally means:
    • No more than (2) moving violations within the last 12 months.
    • No more than three (3) moving violations in the past three (3) years.
  • One to Three years related experience

Summary Pay Range:

$25.80 - $34.60
