This role assists with system implementation troubleshooting reporting and training to optimise HR solutions and improve user experience across the organisation.
Your assignment
- Advise and maintain HRIS systems by identifying issues troubleshooting errors and providing solutions to problems escalated by users.
- Develop and maintain HR system user guides SOPs training materials and conducting HR systems related trainings.
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into workforce trends turnover and other key HR metrics.
- Participate in assigned HR projects effectively & efficiently and support the implementation enhancement of HRIS modules platforms and configurations.
- Support the updating and maintenance of the Ikano Retail organisation chart to accurately reflect structural changes.
- Assist in keeping HR content on Ikano Ones Co-worker Hub accurate and accessible.
Qualifications :
Your profile
- You have at least 3 - 4 years experience with HRIS systems preferably in SAP SuccessFactors.
- You are proficient in HR relates processes practices reporting and dashboard analytics.
- You have a strong desire for continuous improvement and enjoy working in an ever-changing vibrant and multi-dimensional environment.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skill - someone who is ever ready to engage listen and the ability to influence.
- You are innovative and willing to challenge common ways of thinking while applying relevant HR solutions to business needs.
