Reporting line: Chief of Staff to CEO; working in the Office of the CEO closely with CEO and EA to CEO
Responsibilities:
Planning & Management of Exec Board & Board of Directors
Supporting in managing the Executive Board through regular cadence of interactions (e.g. regular weekly monthly quarterly meetings as well as quarterly CEO business reviews with functions) responsible for identifying key topics needing executive attention quality control of materials prepared resolving conflict and escalating to CEO where needed.
Support with logistics for events conferences and other engagements involving the CEO (e.g. customer meetings ELT / SLT / GLT meetings Board meetings). Track and follow up on actions from various events and meetings.
Managing preparation of and quality control of all Board materials and any other external presentations (e.g. potential investors) ensuring messages are aligned with our strategy and presented in a compelling and coherent manner.
Strategic initiatives
Support in defining IFS company strategy setting long-term objectives and identifying key strategic initiatives to achieve the objectives. Working closely with CEO and EB to ensure these are pursues and benefits are tracked.
Support in driving some key strategic programs content creating preparing for SteerCos action tracking quality control. Programs include driving AI in our product offering internal transformation initiatives etc.
CEO comms support
Supporting CEOs communications and design of key corporate events important for our strategy and long-term growth; working jointly with Marketing Sales and other teams to craft messaging that embodies CEO style and presents well our strategy.
Managing preparing of CEO materials for events e.g. All Hands decks talk tracks key messages.
Qualifications :
Requirements:
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multi-task and co-ordinate workloads and work under pressure to meet deadlines
Proficient in written communication PPT Word and Excel
Uses initiative with minimal supervision
A problem solver with a positive outlook
Able to work through complex global matrix organisations (removing ambiguity/roadblocks and striving for simplification)
Dedicated to the quality and accuracy of projects from inception to completion
Reliable trustworthy and ability to always maintain confidentiality
Can manage a heavy workload with strict deadlines
Good time management skills
Flexible and willing to take on ad-hoc tasks
Comfortable with being available outside normal office hours should the need arise
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
