Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and execute a long-term training strategy aligned with business goals and operational requirements.
- Identify skill gaps design learning programs and implement effective training roadmaps.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align training objectives with organizational growth plans.
- Training Design & Delivery:
- Oversee the development of training content including process-specific soft skills and leadership development modules.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality training programs through in-person virtual and blended learning methods.
- Evaluate and improve training methodologies for enhanced knowledge retention and performance impact.
- Performance Management:
- Assess training effectiveness through feedback assessments and data-driven performance metrics.
- Partner with Operations and Quality teams to drive improvements in productivity compliance and service quality.
- Monitor individual and team performance identifying trends and implementing corrective training plans.
- Leadership Development & Coaching:
- Lead mentor and coach a team of trainers ensuring continuous professional growth and high performance.
- Design leadership development programs to build a strong talent pipeline within the organization.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with clients internal teams and external vendors to ensure training programs meet expectations and evolving business needs.
- Present insights and progress reports to senior leadership demonstrating the impact of training initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelors degree in business Human Resources or related field (Masters preferred).
- Experience: 710 years in training and development with at least 4 years in a leadership role within a BPO or similar fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in LMS platforms e-learning tools and instructional design techniques.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and manage large-scale training programs.
- Exceptional communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance metrics and ROI measurement.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and deliver results under tight deadlines.
