Job Summary
- Assist project managers in planning executing and closing projects.
- Support the development of project plans timelines and budgets.
- Help coordinate project meetings including scheduling agenda preparation and minute-taking.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to the project team.
- Conduct research and gather data to support project initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and communication.
- Participate in problem-solving and brainstorming sessions to enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering Business Administration or a related field
- Able to communicate both written & verbal in English
- Okay with Hybrid working location; Jakarta & Cikarang office
Additional Information :
- Full-time and hybrid work arrangement paid internship for 6 months (January-June 2026)
- Will not graduate during the internship program.
