An opportunity Built for you

The Quantity Surveyor at Built will provide effective commercial management implementation of contracts whilst managing costs reporting and supply chain to ensure competitive advantage.

Heres what a typical day might look like for you:

Management all project commercials.
Minimising unnecessary costs.
Finalising subcontractor scopes and agreements.
Managing variations and changes to scope both upstream and downstream.
Managing industrial relations.
Manage and recommend solutions to quality issues.
Create and maintain a positive safety culture on site.

Knowledge of contract specifications and construction standards.
Strong communication teamwork and stakeholder management skills.
