WANTED! Graduate RICS Surveyor. An entry-level opportunity for a surveying graduate or experienced property professional to complete theirAssessment of Professional Competence (APC) RICS qualification while supporting the management of residential and commercial property portfolios in London.

On behalf of our client we are recruiting a Graduate RICS Surveyor to join their property management team in London E1. This role is suited to an ambitious individual seeking structured training toward Chartered status.

The position offers exposure to a predominantly residential portfolio with some commercial assets providing a broad technical grounding across key RICS competencies. The successful candidate will play an active role in day-to-day property management while developing long-term professional capability within the built environment.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Supporting the management of landlord and tenant relationships
• Coordinating maintenance works inspections and external contractors
• Assisting with rent collection arrears monitoring and financial reporting
• Supporting lease administration and regulatory compliance
• Conducting property inspections and preparing detailed written reports
• Assisting with statutory compliance health & safety and risk management

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• A genuine interest in property and long-term professional development
• Willingness to work toward RICS Chartered status
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organised approach with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a professional environment
• Meets one of the following criteria:
  • Holds a RICS-accredited degree in Real Estate Property Management Surveying or a related discipline; or
  • Has a minimum of 5 years experience in the property industry (residential or commercial)
