A great opportunity for a RICS Valuation Surveyor to undertake residential valuation work for private clients and lenders offering autonomy professional variety and flexible working arrangements.

Worth Recruiting Property Industry Recruitment are working with a respected firm of Chartered Surveyors to recruit a RICS Valuation Surveyor covering the Hertfordshire area.

The role offers a mix of field-based and remote working undertaking residential valuations alongside additional professional instructions.

This position would ideally suit a RICS qualified Valuation Surveyor seeking autonomy or possibly a surveyor progressing toward full RICS accreditation with relevant experience and training in place.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

Carrying out residential property valuations for private clients and lenders
Preparing clear accurate and compliant valuation reports
Undertaking professional work including Landlord & Tenant matters
Managing instructions independently from inspection through to completion
Liaising with clients lenders and internal colleagues
Ensuring work complies with RICS standards and best valuation practice

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

RICS qualified and Registered Valuer preferred
Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience ideal
Strong residential valuation experience
Sound knowledge of current valuation standards and regulations
High level of organisation and attention to detail
Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines
Strong analytical and report-writing skills
Team-oriented approach with good communication skills
Candidates working toward RICS accreditation will also be considered
