We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to support the delivery of software products to customers and internal stakeholders. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment across Product UX Engineering Cloud Operations and Senior Management. Operating in a fast-paced agile environment the successful candidate will focus on iterative delivery and continuous feedback.
Responsibilities
- Oversee product delivery and ensure consistent flow of value to customers and the business
- Lead rolling roadmap planning estimation resource allocation budgeting and change management
- Facilitate project ceremonies stand-ups and updates to maintain visibility and coordination
- Manage cross-functional team activities and proactively address dependencies
- Monitor work-in-progress remove blockers and manage internal roadblocks
- Provide regular reporting on project health including metrics status updates and issue tracking
- Track progress using burndown charts and other tools
- Communicate project status to senior stakeholders and escalate issues as needed
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and process refinement
- Support the VP of Product Planning and TPM in shaping team practices
Skills and Experience
- Experience managing multiple projects and teams in a global environment
- Familiarity with software product and SaaS delivery
- Project Management certification or equivalent experience
- Practical experience applying Lean and Agile methodologies
- Experience with onshore-offshore delivery models
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA Confluence Aha! and other project/product management platforms
