Job Summary
Were looking for a talented Senior Product Designer to join our London based Wise Platform this role youll be providing hands-on design expertise to help our partners develop quality product experiences for their customers . Youll be part of Wises global mission to build an open fair and human financial system. Because people without borders need money without borders.

Weve partnered with 85 Organisations opening up the benefits of Wises payments infrastructure to millions of end customers around the world. Now were looking to take Wise Platforms brand to the next level. And thats where you come in.
What youll be doing
Youll be working with the cross-functional teams that make up Wise Platform a squad that helps banks and large enterprises move the worlds money with speed certainty and ease. Youll also be part of the Wise Design Community and will regularly collaborate with designers across Wise. Youll often be required to partner with content designer colleagues on projects and direct previous experience of content-product design partnerships will stand you in good stead.
Youll contribute to the mission by:
Building empathy and a deep understanding of the needs of our partners; banks FinTechs and global enterprises.
Using your experience and influence improve the UX of our partners flows identifying and collaborating on design enhancements
Work with sales and delivery teams to support in the creation of templates that communicate Wise best practice and expertise.
Day to day youll be:
From heuristic analysis to product demos youll provide UX expertise to our partners to help improve their product experience.
Deliver impactful workshops to clients that demonstrate how Wise has built a consistent global experience generating trust confidence and customer loyalty.
Support sales and delivery teams in the creation of guidelines and templates that communicate Wise best practice and expertise.
This role will give you the opportunity to:

A bit about you:
Youre an accomplished designer with a portfolio of well-crafted impactful design work that demonstrates your ability to craft highly-polished and impactful products. You know what good looks like.
You are able to solve complex design challenges and know how to use qual and quant data to shape a strategic rationale that you can communicate to others.
You are confident at presenting to clients and understand how to establish effective client relationships that bring about change.
Youve worked with design systems to produce beautiful and functional design that is both accessible and scalable and inspiring for audiences from CEOs to engineers.
You are an exceptional problem solver with an ability to navigate complexity inspire and collaborate with others.
You are proficient with Figma and know how to prototype your ideas.
Youre a strong collaborator whos used to working with design colleagues in related disciplines in particular content design and youre able to partner well with colleagues from different teams.
Nice to have but not essential
You have demonstrable experience working in B2B experiences - finance/banking SaaS or enterprise companies is a plus but not essential.
