As a trusted partner to the Regional Chief Operating Officer for One Europe and the leadership team you will lead on high-impact business operations initiatives.
You will drive the prioritisation and execution of regional and office-level strategies and shape and advance productivity efforts that enable the region to deliver on its strategic priorities

Who you will work with
You will have regular contact with Partners and Senior Business Professionals including members of the firms Senior Management. You will also be expected to develop and maintain a strong network and good working relationships throughout the firm.
You will work closely with all the One Europe RCOOs management and support teams and you will attend regular UK operational management committee meetings with the expectation to add value and drive initiatives forward.
What you will be responsible for
You will thrive at the intersection of strategic planning analytical rigor operational excellence and disciplined execution. Success in this role depends less on technical specialization and more on the drive curiosity and intellectual agility to navigate a dynamic fast-growing global firm and translate ideas into meaningful impact.
You will help execute on identified priorities and day-to-day efficiencies as well as handling a variety of tasks thus allowing the One Europe RCOO to focus on key initiatives and business strategy. You will be responsible for decision making support and seek to resolve queries before they are escalated to the One Europe RCOO.
You will act as a trusted advisor to the One Europe RCOO with the ability to engage and challenge senior stake holders to ensure all voices are heard and the right outcome obtained.
What you will do
In this role you will focus on strategic initiatives by assuming the day-to-day management of affairs:
Strategic Planning & Prioritisation
- Partner with regional and functional leadership teams to define and prioritize regional goals during strategic planning sessions.
- Translate strategic vision into clear actionable initiatives that drive measurable progress across the region.
- Lead the regular tracking and reporting of progress and success metrics providing periodic updates to Co-Regional Managing Partners and other regional leaders.
Initiative Leadership & Execution
- Drive the implementation of key priorities and roadmaps ensuring clear milestones and accountability frameworks are in place.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives on time and within budget.
- Monitor KPIs to adapt execution priorities and plans in response to performance trends and market conditions.
Organizational Design & Operational Excellence
- Manage confidential initiatives and projects related to organizational design process standardisation and improvement and productivity enhancement.
- Champion change management efforts and cultivate stakeholder engagement across cross-functional teams.
- Leverage data-driven insights and industry best practices to identify and implement process improvements.
Stakeholder Management & Coordination
- Serve as a thought partner to senior leadership distilling complex information into clear decision-ready materials and actionable insights.
- Draft executive-level presentations and communications that clearly convey strategic priorities and progress.
- Build consensus across global regional and practice stakeholders without formal authority adjusting communication style to stakeholder groups.
- Organize and facilitate leadership forums including town halls offsites and strategy sessions to foster alignment and engagement across the region.
Regional Governance
- Shape governance meeting content and maintain forward agendas to drive strategic progress to ensure leadership teams focus on key priorities.
- Lead meeting preparation by working with leaders to ensure information to be presented is concise impactful data-led and timely.
- Participate in One Europe partnership and operational management meetings.
- Facilitate decision making and monitor actions to drive follow-up where necessary.
Qualifications :
Your experience
- You will have experience of working closely with senior level executives ( eg COO CEO and other C Suite) and have been key to driving their initiatives.
- You will be able to demonstrate proven experience within complex organisations in professional services strategy consulting or investment banking sectors
- Experience working within the legal industry or within a global law firm with an understanding of professional services and partnership dynamics is strongly preferred.
- You will have proven experience of prioritising workloads to meet deadlines with the ability to maintain good judgment in a fast-paced high-stress environments.
- Experience with organizational design process improvement and change management methodologies and tools strongly preferred.
- You will have prior experience presenting and communicating across all levels in an effective and high-quality manner.
- You will be capable of strong individual contribution with the ability to influence across non-direct reporting teams.
- You will have a professional and flexible approach with the ability to think critically and demonstrate good judgement.
- You will have the ability to deliver a busy workload whilst managing multiple demands and priorities.
Skills:
- You will have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision within a team-oriented environment.
- You will have strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative leadership mindset and a proactive can-do attitude willing to take on tasks varying in complexity.

- Strong financial acumen analytical capabilities and executive communication skills.
- You will have previous experience of planning overseeing and implementing strategic initiatives to successful outcomes and managing cross-functional projects in matrixed organizations.
- You will be comfortable handling management information and other firm data with proven ability in data analysis to help drive decision making.
- You will have the ability to maintain close contact with colleagues ensuring you are fostering long term connections critical to organisational and strategic success.
- Ability to use a European language at business level would be advantageous.
Qualifications:
- Preferably educated to degree with experience working in a similar capacity.
- Advanced degree preferred (MBA or equivalent) but not essential.
